Professor Abdus Salam was born in Jhang Punjab (Pakistan)in 29th January 1926 ,,,,,,,,He studied in Govt College Jhang and Lahore,Punjab University Lahore,St Johns College of Cambridge ,Theoretical Physics Cambridge,,,
After Completing His P.h.d in theoretical physics From London in 1952 ,,,,,,1952 is the year when his  thesis published(contained fundamental work in quantum electrodynamics which had already gained him an international reputation.)

he left his Country in 1954 for lectureship in Cambridge

His Work For Pakistan and for world is remarkable and influential,,,,,He was a member of  Pakistani Atomic Energy Commission ,,,,a member of Scientific Commission of Pakistan,,,,and was Chief Scientific Adviser of President from 1961 to 1974,,,,
For More than 40 Year ,he was a Prolific Researcher in theoretical elementary of  Particle Physics,,
Dr Abdus Salam is known As devout Muslim,,whose religion does not occupy a separate compartment of his life,,it is inseparable  from his work and Family Life,,,,
He Wrote:
"The Holy Quran enjoins us to reflect on the verities of Allah's created laws of nature; however, that our generation has been privileged to glimpse a part of His design is a bounty and a grace for which I render thanks with a humble heart."

Dr A.Q Khan born in 1st April 1936 ,,,,After receiving his early education from Bhopal,,Dr A.Q.Khan obtained the degree of bachelors in Science in 1960 from University of Karachi,,,,after completing his bachelors he went to Berlin,West Germany For Further Studies,,,,He Obtained the degree of Master of Science in 1967 from Delft University of Sciences In Leuven Belgium,,,, he achieved several courses in Metallurgical Engineering during his Study Tour,,, 
In 1976 he joined Engineering  Research Laboratory Of Pakistan,,,,,In 1981 ,The President of the Time,,General Zia-ul-haq renamed the Engineering  Research Laboratory as Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Research Laboratory due to his services for Pakistan,,
The Scientific Services of Dr.A.Q Khan has been recognized in Several ways,,He is An Active Scientist and technologist ,,,He has published More then 188  Scientific Research papers in Different International Journals,,,,He has been editors of large no of Books in Metallurgy ,,,,,He delivered more then 100 lectures in Different Western Countries,,,, 
His work on Industrial Uranium Enrichment Plant for peaceful application of nuclear technology has resulted in a breakthrough in the field of metallurgy and materials science. It is entirely due to his efforts that the process of enrichment of Uranium was successfully completed in Pakistan 
This breakthrough ultimately resulted in the historic explosion of six nuclear bombs in May 1998 . Not only this but a significant development was also made with the successful test firing of Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles, Ghauri 1 , in April 1998 and Ghauri II in April 1999.
Dr A.Q.Khan Received honorary degrees of doctor in Sciences from University of Karachi in 1993.......He received another degree from Baqia Medical University in 1998,,,he received another one from Humdard University Karachi in 1999,,,,
The President of Pakistan conferred upon  Dr Khan the Award of ''Nishan-e-Imtiaz''in 1996.
Dr.A.Q.Khan is the only person of Pakistan who received this Civil Award,,,
The Official Career of Dr A.Q.khan came to an end in March 2001 ,when he was force out of the Nuclear lab by President of the time,,,,General Pervez Mussharaf ,,,,,
